Overview

The challenge is to build a floating raft made from barrels, ropes and planks, this is a team challenge and it's always great to pump up the pressure with some healthy competition. This is particularly popular with hen parties but stags also have a blast. With the guidance of our instructors they will teach you the skills you need to create a raft that Robinson Crusoe himself would be proud of.

The adventure will start on the bank where you will be guided through the construction of a make shift raft, the design is up to you, your instructor will give you some tips on what might work and show you some knots, but the main ideas must come from you... Once it's built, you will take to the water with your instructor and race the raft around a set course and complete a series of challenges. This is an excellent adventure which can be tailored to each group, if people don't want to get wet they can still help build it too!

I used Endless Adventure Nothing East to organise a full day out river tubing and gorge walking/scrambling on the Tees and Tyne for a group of 15 blokes on a Saturday as part of a Stag Do.

Myself and my husband were given a canyoning experience day as one of more unusual engagement gifts but what fun! The day was well run and organised. Health and safety was paramount. Mark encouraged the group to work as a team and help each other. He also put no one under any pressure to do anything they didn't want to...
